Our fertility coaching program helps those trying to conceive gain confidence in the journey of pursuing conception.
Your coach will guide you through nutritional and lifestyle choices to help you have a strong foundation to build on. She will also be your resource helping to explain any questions you may have surrounding the process, and coordination of care with providers. Emotional support is critical in this time period, and you can depend on your doula to hold space for your family.
From prayer sessions, encouragement calls, individualized plans, and 1:1 coaching sessions, Tiara and Shaniqua offer you a safe space to share your feelings and empty your concerns and replace those worries with evidenced based information and encouragement. We will help you prepare your body, mind, and spirit to conceive and carry a healthy pregnancy.
2. Pregnancy and Birth
We understand that the need for support during pregnancy starts long before baby's due date, and that it may look different for each family. Below our some of the services we offer on this track. Contact us to discuss options for packages or individual add ons.
- Pregnancy Nutrition Counseling: Nutritional guidance and individualized plans to support you during each trimester
- Maternity Concierge: Includes baby registry guidance, nursery planning, detailed product recommendations, endless referrals to other needed health providers.
- Doula on Demand: A monthly subscription based service that allows families who already has family support or cannot afford a doula to have support and guidance throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
- Doula Services: These are offered both virtually and in person. Please contact us for packages.
3. Postpartum and Lactation
The postpartum period or "4th trimester" as we have now called the first three months after your baby's birth, can we a time where a lot of new families feel neglected in care.
We specialize in offering placenta encapsulation, postpartum support and newborn, and helping you prepare your baby and yourself to maximize sleep while maintaining your breastfeeding relationship.
